Boris is a Virginia native who discovered his passion for fitness and weightlifting 12 years ago. Growing up he played many sports, including soccer, basketball, swimming, and skateboarding, which helped him develop a broad athletic foundation. Now a certified trainer, Boris has experience working with a diverse range of clients—from high school athletes to senior citizens—and he loves helping motivated individuals get stronger and achieve their fitness goals.
