• Get an hour of dedicated one-on-one time with your physician to review results and your personalized action plan. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions about diet, exercise and supplement recommendations as well as medication that may help you meet your goals.

S‍tep 3: Put Your plan to Practice

• Track weekly progress toward fitness goals by connecting wearable devices to your Bionic Health app. Feeling stuck, your care team is always available to help you stick to your goals.

S‍tep 4: Go deeper with specialized modules

• Specialized modules allow you to focus on specific areas of your health with more robust testing including DEXA body scans, Continuous glucose monitoring, VO2max testing and more.

S‍tep 5: Retest and monitor progress

• Membership includes a Baseline retest every 6 months. Get additional testing as often as you would like. Monitor your progress in the Bionic Health mobile app and watch your biological age score go down.
